After our initial meeting where we walk your property and discuss you vision and concerns, American Arbors will draft a proposal that covers the scope of work to be done, estimates costs, and estimates timeframe. Once American Arbors' proposal has been accepted, we begin the Design stage where detailed plans are developed and presented for your review and approval. After the design and schedule is approved, our work crews complete the job under the supervision of our Operations Manager and Landscape Architect. At the completion of the project we formally enter into a Warranty period where your project's warranty needs are clearly spelled out. Generally our projects require little if any work in the Warranty period, but American Arbors stands behind the quality of its work and is there to answer any questions or fix any problems that might arise ... even after the job is completed.
